  • Market Knowledge: Good knowledge of the national and international market to understand the problems of the sector, know the trends, identify business opportunities, provide good customer service and position the company ahead of its competitors.
  • Business Vision: Clear business vision to achieve objectives and increase market share. It must detect new business opportunities, new services, frequencies, lines, as well as propose and agree on new ones with Management.
  • Negotiation Skills: Great negotiation skills to establish the best agreements with clients.
  • Leadership: Good communication skills to deal and negotiate with clients. It must be participatory, facilitating interdepartmental coordination and cooperation.
